Terms & Conditions

We are delighted to welcome you to Piraña London.

 

Kindly note our policies:

 

Restaurant reservations are for dining purposes only; tables are reserved exclusively for guests ordering food and drinks.​​

 

We do operate with a minimum spend on food Tuesday to Sunday dinner service.

Party Size

For parties of 9 or more, dining on one of our set menus is required. Our set menus are designed around a sharing concept, offering a communal dining experience, rather than a traditional tasting menu.

Late Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. A fee of £50 per person will be charged for no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time.

 

Arrival

Your table will be held for 15 minutes from your reservation time. Only completed parties within the grace period will be seated. If your party size changes, kindly inform us in advance to ensure the best seating arrangement. Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted.

 

Dress Code

Our dress code is Chic and Sophisticated. No ripped jeans, sportswear, caps, sunglasses, hoodie, flip flops, shorts.

 

Under 18yo Policy

We regret to inform you that our restaurant does not have highchairs available. After 9 PM, entry is restricted to individuals over 18 years old. A valid ID (passport, driver's license, national ID, etc.) is required for verification.

 

Seating Time

The seating time is limited to 2 hours for parties of 2 to 7 guests, and 2.5 hours for larger parties.

 

Please note that a £2 cover charge applies to all dinner bookings
